Issues Adding Items

We have had reports from a small number of users that some of the ‘quick add’ links are not behaving as expected. As an intermediate measure we have rolled back a recent update and are investigating the issue.

Intermittent Access

We’ve been notified by our monitoring systems that some people may be having intermittent access to our system. This matter has resolved itself and lasted for about 20 minutes.

Updated: Issues with old dropbox system

Our old ISP is currently having some network routing issues that may delay the receipt of emaisl sent to the old dropbox system. They are working on resolving it ASAP, but in the meantime you can use the new dropbox system that is working fine (and all users should be migrating to this month).

New System and Status Page

With the move to our new infrastructure we’ve setup a new resource for system and status updates for Tactile CRM. You can visit the new page which is hosted in a different data centre to our main service (so if in the unlikely scenario something does go wrong it will still be available to keep you up to date).

Weekend Maintenance

We’ve just found out that one of our core suppliers in our data centre is having to do so fibre moves this Sunday. The maintenance window will be 9AM-5PM (GMT) and service will be unavailable for a short period during that time – not the whole of that time – we will update the downtime period when we are given further details tomorrow.

To keep you informed as to when things will be unavailable we’ve setup a new status page where we will let you know exactly what is happening.
