Want to see where a person lives, or where the meeting you have with an organisation is?

Well now you can – Tactile CRM allows you to easily find places in Google Maps – all you need to do is click the handy ‘map’ link next to an address and we’ll link you straight through to Google Maps so you can see the location, what’s nearby and get directions.

Google Maps integration was another customer requested feature we decided to implement as it was an obvious extension to the information Tactile CRM holds. Remeber, all you need to do is visit our feedback forums to suggest a feature you’d like to see.

Keeping your contact database up to date can always be difficult, typing in business cards after a networking event can be a chore – but not anymore!

We’re proud to announce the integration of the excellent CloudContacts system with Tactile CRM. It’s as easy as 1,2,3 to import your business cards:

1. Collect your business cards, pop them in an envelope and send them off
2. Download a CSV specially formatted for Tactile CRM
3. Use the CloudContacts link in Tactile CRM to import

CloudContacts takes your business cards and puts them to work for you with Tactile CRM.

Instead of storing your business cards in a pile on your desk or in one physical location, CloudContacts provides transcription and allows you to access your contacts at any time.

You can now import your business cards directly into Tactile CRM and rapidly populate your CRM system, keep your notes up to date and share the information with your team.

We’re pleased to announce the first of two new features you’ll find in Tactile CRM this week – FreshBooks integration.

After feedback and suggestions from users, you can now view your FreshBooks invoices against organisations within Tactile CRM. Staff can easily see the purchase history/habits and current status of invoices paid/part paid/overdue and use this information when contacting clients and making business decisions.

Setting up FreshBooks/Tactile CRM is easy, enter your FreshBooks API and you’re away.

You can even import your clients from FreshBooks and add new clients from within Tactile CRM to keep your information up to date.

This is the first release of our new FreshBooks integration and we’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions.
