We’ve been busy over the last few months on a number of updates that we have been rolling out for Tactile CRM and we thought it was about time we became a bit more vocal about what we have been doing.
We will still announce new updates via the Tactile CRM dashboard and newsletter when they are available, but we will now be providing more regular updates on our new updates page on the Tactile CRM website.
Whilst we were at it, we’ve also updated the roadmap to be more accurate about our current plans, and a new release page shows what the major releases we have been working on it.
All these pages will be kept regularly updated as part of our new plans to keep you in the loop of what has been going on.

A welcome improvement in communication. Although I’m disappointed to see that there is no mention of two way Google Contacts sync in the Roadmap. Critical feature for us, we can’t switch to Tactile until this is implemented.

We do have that, and calendar sync on the roadmap – it’s actually cached so some items can take a little while to appear.
No ETA on it, but it’s definitely going to happen.
We’ll see if you can maintain the communication and product improvements, I might actually go back to Tactile.
