New: Sales Reports

There is a lot of valuable data in your CRM system and knowing what has happened is just as important as knowing what you have in your sales pipeline.

So we’re pleased to announce the new sales report we have released for Tactile CRM – it is designed to compliment the existing pipeline report and allows you to see a 30/60/90 day report of all you won opportunities/deals.

You can even choose which period you want to view the report for with the handy date picker, and as an admin you can view the report for all users, or choose those you are interested in:

The new report is now available from the ‘Reports’ menu in Tactile for users on paid plans. We hope you find it a useful addition to Tactile CRM and as always would value any feedback or suggestions you have that can make Tactile CRM even better.

    Tis is GREAT! Good job Guys! [+Girls] Loving Tactile CRM. My business has never been the same since I started using it. I don’t know what I would do without it – seriously!

    I really like the new additions, and hopefully we will able to add some specific reports ourselves in the near future. One of them I would like to see/make is related to a whole year.

  4. I’d like to see reports specific to tags or geography. Such as contacts or companies not called in the last 90 days.
